Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I have seen Dr. Nelson 3 times. Once to correct a deviated septum, which he did a very good job on unlike my first doctor...I recently saw him as I was concerned about choking on food. He is very honest and has a high integrity level. I cannot say enough how fair he was in all aspects and took me in at a moments notice cancelling his lunch to meet with me. Look like I'm keeping him working as my daughter stuck a rock up her nose...I paged him Sunday 5pm and he called back in less than 10 min. He gave me options including telling me that he could see my daughter tomorrow. I saved the emergency bill fees. I strongly recommend Dr. Nelson based on his work, knowledge, and always looking out for the patient first. I am glad to have found him.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
