When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
