They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away. The person who I spoke with was not rude and spoke in a friendly manner. The staff here does their best to make you very welcome and are friendly. This place is so fantastic about involving patients in their treatment method. They were curious about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. One thing I noticed about their office was that is was very clean and smelled great. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
