I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I really like the couch they have in their waiting room. It is high quality and comfortable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Ferguson is the best!!! Thank you for being there for your patients.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, they were on time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Dr. Ferguson has been my PCP for over 2 and a half years now and has never once let me down. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm feeling my best.

I would recommend him to anyone in need of great services and overall experience.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
