Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
