I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their office was so clean and neat, it was obvious that they spent a lot of effort to make a welcoming, professional atmosphere for their patients. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They didn’t even slightly rush my appointment, which I really appreciated. They took the time to really listen to me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They always return my phone calls within the same day. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain during my appointment, but they made sure that they were very gentle with me and didn't aggravate my joints at all.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
