She definitely cares about patient comfort because she has the most comfy waiting room & chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment, & it would've had to be quick, because I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes...such a calm & quiet atmosphere too. Getting an appointment with her couldn't be easier. She's always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule. I was able to relax during my appointment here. She makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Her staff (of one, I believe) is the most friendly, welcoming person I've ever dealt with. She's so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. She has an excellent assistant that's very helpful & knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help out Dr. Birdsell's patients.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
