They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
