Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
