The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
