Dr. Bernstein is a true professional and is excellent in making his little patients comfortable in what can be an overwhelming experience for a child. My son started seeing Dr. Bernstein last year and has had about 5 follow-up visits - each time, my son remembers him as "the cool doctor". We remember him as the caring professional that is extremely thorough and never rushes us out the door.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
