Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I was here with my mom and they gave the appointment to some one else I mean seriously she made the appointment a month earlier I would not recommend this place

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
