While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Dr. Dolan is about the most wonderful doctor I have ever dealt with. He practices fantastic medecine, listens to what you say, and is extremely patient. He is a gift! Thank you Doctor!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
