I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I took my son there last year. She did didn't even explain to me what was wrong with my son and prescribed him some heavy reading glasses that caused him to have migrains. she didn't even spent 3minutes looking at his eyes. She was awful!!!
