They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
