I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

My first visit, I was seen immediately, but my second visit proved to be quite a wait. I guess it depends on the day. One great thing about Dr. Turgeon is that when he's with you, you have his undivided attention. I truly respect his abilities. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
