Dr. Bartlett allowed me the opportunity to ask all my questions. I was not rushed and felt fully satisfied with my appointment.Dr. Bartlett is very professional, a class person and developed a genuine rapport with me. I was totally comfortable with him.No response with the raring stars. Overall experience was 5 star.

As I told Dr. Bartlett at the time of my meeting with him, the Assistant who did the preliminary examination was absolutely wonderful. I found her to be extremely helpful, not only7 in accomplishing the different steps involved in the preparation exam but helpful and informative in assisting me with the exam. It is very apparent that Dr. Bartlett has his patients comfort in every aspect of their visits to his offices when he makes employment decisions, in both the Santa Rosa and Sonoma Offices. I cannot speak for other locations that might exist in the GrI enjoyed the former Sonoma office and the people who worked there and when he moved the office to the current location I felt the existing staff were not of the quality that he looked for ... that is, friendly, accommodating and aware of the patient's needs. I am happy to see with each visit that the staff has evolved into what I would consider to be up to the standards that he has always seemed to desire. While efficiency is important, just as important is awareness of the patient's value of time and needs. .

Got to office approx. 2 hrs. early. Was taken in in about 1/2hr. Prepped for Dr. then waited about 15min until he got out of surgery. I was all done more than an hour before my actual appt. Everyone was very nice and professional.
