As mentioned in an earlier post, Dr. Siegel has a horrible patient manner. He comes off as arrogant and condescending. While he was able to provide some immediate symptom relief with a new treatment course; he ultimately left me no further along than any other doctor I've seen. Of the 4 visits I made over the course of one year, I sat in the examination room at least an hour and 30 minutes before being seen by him. The worst/longest wait was a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes. Disrespectful to say the least and entirely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere to find a doctor that treats his patients with the dignity, respect and professionalism that they deserve as well as providing solid medical advice/treatment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff was decent, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
Dr. Siegel is arrogant and authoritative. He does not like to explain anything and does not like you to ask questions--will cut your visit short if you try to ask questions. The wait time is usually over one hour. As a result, once I made the first morning appointment with him, but he only spent 7 minutes with me. He tries to push participation in drug trials and sends patients to his PT group down the hall. This is the worst PT group I have ever worked with.
