I have been a patient of Dr. Kats since last year and I had foot surgery for right heal and achilles tendon. I had some major complications from the medication and was admitted to the hospital for 5 days. Dr. Kats came to the hospital everyday that I was in Front Royal and Winchester. I found him to be a concern and very caring doctor. Thank-you Dr. Kats!
