While waiting to see Dr. Idol I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. It is small, but easily accessible. there are no long walks at either of the two offices I have visited. The equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. I love that dr. Idol was always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. His offices were well organized and clean. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I love that Dr. Idol is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcomes questions. He is an expert in the field and I have never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. He presents himself professionally, and the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm pleased at how considerate and concerned Dr. Idol and his staff are for my well-being. His advice is always wonderful and unbiased.

Dr. Idol was very good at what he does, and shows years of experience in his responses to my questions and his work performed. Dr. Idol is highly recommended to everyone. He was very quick but thorough. His staff was amazing and made me felt more calm about my procedure and they also made sure to contact me a few days before my appointment to remind me of my time and location. He has multiple office locations according to him, Laplata, Owings. Prince Frederick, and Lexington park. the number to call for his office is 410-257-2242. Highly recommended and a very gentle doctor!

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were one of the best podiatrists I have ever met. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment.
