They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I have more than once recommended them to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best!

Waiting time is long however

Dr.Sutton is a Super Star at my house! My youngest son was sick every two weeks with congestion or an ear infection, until after 6 long years was I finally referred to Dr. Sutton by an ER physician. Dr. Sutton removed his Tonsils, Adnoids and put tubes into both ears. We have not had one complaint since then. It has been about 5 months and we are doing well..Thank you soooo much Dr. Sutton for listening and taking the time help.
Dr. Sutton also recently removed my other sons Tonsils and Adnoids. No more snoring, congestion or bad breath!...He is truly the greatest and I would reccomend him to any family..my kids also adore him!...Victoria Hall
