I left the VA and found Dr. Pollack. He correctly diagnosed my condition and started immediate treatment and physical therapy. What he didfor me in 3 months the VA coundn't do in almost 9 years of suffering. He truly cared about my health and my quality of life. His staff has always been pleasant and yes the wait can be longer than at other doctors but from my experience and care that I recieve it is worth every minute and every dollar. Thank you Dr. Pollack for making such a significant and positive impact on my life as well as the people who have to live with me. :)

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They are in the business of scamming patients for more money. Because they have no record of me canceling a appointment, they are refusing to see me in the future until their fee is paid and have said that if I want my records sent to another Dr. That I have to pay $25 dollars for the 1st 10 pages and .25 cents for every page after that.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
