The restrooms at this office were spotless. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I wasn't worried about their care or equipment at this neurologists office. It was safe and well taken care of and I could tell their standard of care is very high. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
