The staff is very welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The practice shares the parking lot with a busy hospital. It's not a huge lot so walking is not that big an issue and there is a patient drop-off drive thru at the door. They don't remember me by name but I don't expect them to because, apart from some surgery done in 2007, I only go in for my annual checkup. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment though the staff doesn't always remember me. This is an extremely busy practise and booking appointments for pap smear, etc, is done 6-8 months in advance. I usually make my next appointment before I leave the office.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have been using this clinic for 20 years from the time I conceived my child through her birth now into middle age after cervical cancer and a hysterectomy. Dr, Powel and her staff have always provided excellent care. Mary Matthews the nurse practioner is the person that diagnosed my cancer and a thyroid problem.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
