I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
