They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I ended up having to pay very little. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. Dr. Stern was extremely informative and patient as I asked questions about related and unrelated medical issues. He made me feel important and I like him very much. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Paul Stern.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
