They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
