They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
