One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

No

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Dr Kanos is the besT!
