Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Dr. Miscovich is definitely one of my favorite doctors. He's listens well, is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable right from the start. When my brother needed a new feeding tube he immediately set him up at Castle rather than have him got to town to have it replaced. Some of the receptionists there could be more professional at times but once you go through the door its first class treatment all the way. I gave it 4 stars for accessibility and facility because the building frequently has elevator problems.

Dr. Scott is great. I love how he maintains current up to date equipment and services to better serve his patients.

However, his receptionist SUCKS! I called on 6-25-10 at 0930hrs to ask to see Dr. Scott (same day), and she explained that he was on vacation. I asked (she didn't offer), if I could see someone else, she stated "Yes, there is someone else here, but we're all booked for today". I paused hoping she would offer alternatives to ease my health issues, but she gave me no advice or offered any other suggestions. She didn't even ask if this was an emergency. I was shocked to hear the lack of care and concern coming from someone who works in a doctors office.

It's hard for someone to gain trust in a medical practioner, but I did with Dr. Scott. I even moved out of the town I lived in (where his office is), but would drive for 20 miles to see him.

After that woman (I didn't get her name), treated me like that, my trust is broken, and I no longer am comfortable going there.

Good luck getting an appointment!
