They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Robinson is attentive and caring. The staff is pleasant to deal with and I enjoy going there. Only downfall is I usually have to wait a pretty long time.
