I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Wow, Dr Patel took over my old doctor's office and did a major overhaul. It looks so much brighter, cleaner, pleasant office environment. One of the drawbacks is that he's not taking ALL insurances, but I'm changing my insurance at open enrollment to keep him as my family doctor. I paid out of my pocket for my last visit and it was more than worth it.

I visited Dr Patel in 3/08. I had been to this practice before, but had seen a different doctor. Where there used to be several doctors at this practice, now there is only Dr. Patel. The medical assistant who took my weight/vitals was most rude. I had the misfortune of speaking to her on the phone approximately five times after the visit, as well, and she was rude and anything but helpful those times as well. I was prescribed a medication which I had questions about, and it took the office nurse all day to call me back. After having a reaction to the medicine, I contacted the office again, and they did not call me back for two days. Forget being seen the same day. I called for results of my bloodwork, and was put on hold five times (by the rude person) before she told me the nurse was busy and she would have to call me back. The nurse called back the following day. Today I called to ask for a different medication-something the doctor (relayed through a nurse) offered previously. Again, they simply took my number and never called back, despite my telling them that I would like to pick up the medication today. I plan on contacting a different doctor and having my records transferred...this office certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
