They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Louis J Gringeri, DO. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
