Sometimes I'm a little sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
