Well i feel like im suffering and have been for months due to DR Reyes not wanting to send me to a specialist. its been months with the same condition and its putting me through alot of stress physically and mentally at work. I am leaving his care because i feel he has neglected my well being and doesnt care about my symptoms. a person knows their body more than a Dr can guess a diagnosis. I say my heart hurts he gives me nasl drops WTH ???

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. One thing that's been so annoying about Victor Reyes, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
