They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

While the office and waiting room were very well cared for, I waited for over 45 minutes past my scheduled appt time before I finally gave up and walked out. I was asked to be there 30 min prior to my appt to fill out the required paperwork so I would be ready to see the Dr at my scheduled time. My scheduled time came and went, about 15 minutes after my scheduled time, I was taken back to have my Ht/Wt, BP and pulse taken, and then left again to wait. After finishing about 3-4 full aritcles in a magazine, I couldn't take it anymore. I was totally dissatisfied with this level of service. If I miss an appt by that much, I get charged the missed appt fee AND have to reschedule, I would like someone who will respect me and my time as much as I am forced to respect their time.
