Dr sifuentes would not take me as a patient because I have fibromialga even though I told the nurse I wasn't wanting him to treat that. So I'm not happy with him or his staff.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I have asked for appoitment to be made, and they aren't. I have asked to have my medical records transferred to another office, and they always state they will send my records, then I arrive at the other doctor, and they haven't. Dr. Sifuentes is a ver educated doctor, but his staff do NOT get records, and so he is unable to have all the information he needs to make the proper assessments. I have talked to other people in my Borger, and I am hearing the same stories about phone systems being shut off early, appointments not being made properly, and records not obtained. The staff is always rude, and will argue when you ask for appointments. I would definetly go to another doctor, if you have a serious ailment. I have been dealing with this office for 6 months, due to insurance issues, and I have deteroiated healthwise tremendously. I have petitioned my insurance group with recorded phone calls, and they agree the staff is grossly negligent. I would NOT reccommend this office to my worst enemy.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
I have never felt awkward or number waiting in line. He is very professional along with his staff

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
