The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was asking for advise on who they recommended for an endocrinologist and was told that they won't "finish what another doctor started." HELLO, I started with Dr. Baker, but incompetence led to to seek someone else yet they won't even help me to find a Dr to see if I have CANCER!!! Lisa, the office manager was heartless and inconsiderate!! They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
