They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Excellent staff, outstanding doctor. When you call in, you get to talk to a person - a real live caring person - and they do their absolute best to get you in to see the doctor when you need to. When you get there, they're caring and competent and you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Mayfield is caring and throrough and always wants to make sure she's covered every concern I have. She's also not afraid to recommend "outside the box" solutions - like a Neti Pot for sinus problems or a visit to a qualified chiropractor for leg pain. She's tops in my book!
