Not for Dr Jonsson but his staff; which he is responsible for hiring and managing.
Where do I begin?? I totally agree with all the comments posted. The office personnel needs to be fired. Not sure about the doctor there because my son never was seen by a physician always the nurse practitioner. My son WAS a patient there. There were many times you could NEVER get anyone to answer the phone much less return a call. They never returned the pharmacy calls either. I called
several times trying to reach someone at this office - mean while my son's prescript ran out. It was a prescription that should not have missed a day. Finally got a hold of these idiots and they couldn't see him until 3 days. I said please call in a 3 day supply. Of course they wouldn't. Words exact we can't. Why?? I said I need to speak to the doctor. Of course that wasn't allowed. Had the pleasure of speaking to the rude office manager. I, a non medical person, had to explain to her he CAN NOT go 3 days without his medicine. I have also reported them to BBB.
