It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The office was easy enough to find.

Dr. Wilson is great, however his office staff is the worst ever. Rude short and changed appointment times without calling or asking. I personally liked Dr. Wilson but am going to a new Dr. now because of the office staff there. As long as you can deal with rudeness, Dr. Wilson is great.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
