It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sexton's for almost 15 years. Appointments are easy to get, wait time is usually less than 15 minutes, and the staff is friendly. Dr. Sexton is excellent with quick and accurate diagnoses, yet will refer out to specialists with no hesitation when necessary. Only cons are that he sometimes writes scripts too easily and I would double check docs he refers you out to. He can also seem to rush a bit in most situations, but have witnessed him screech to a halt when the situation requires it. To clarify, if you have a sinus infection, he may only be in the room with you for 2 minutes and you may walk away feeling like he rushed you out; however, he will spend 30 minutes with you if he finds something unusual. Overall, a solid, good physician. I have no desire to seek another primary care physician in Columbus.
