They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
On the other hand , when I call into the office for answers, I am met with having to leave my phone number with the promise of Dr. Hardy returning my call. This does not happen in a timely manner. If I have to go into a hospital to get attention, then why would a person need a Primary Care Physician if you can't get any attention to an immediate problem?
