I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I did not feel very welcome. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

i've been with dr harasym for quite some time now and would never change doctors. hes always attentive to my needs and is always listening to what i have to say. the staff is very warm and friendly i cant say enough about this dr. wish more were like him and his staff.

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
