They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I noticed that they have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the optometrist. I wish all waiting room chairs could be that comfortable.
They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
