They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My eye exams are always very thorough and the prescriptions have always been on point! I would highly recommend Dr. Merritt.

Dr. Merritt has been my Optometrist for over 10 years and she always pays close attention to me and all of my questions are always answered. Dr. Merritts staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the entire experience great!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
