They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge that they had about different types of contacts. They were so helpful that they even recommended a brand that they thought would be appropriate for my lifestyle. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
