Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are very nice people.
