I love Dr. Cohen. It's several of his office staff that need to change the way they handle people. It has been the older staff in the office that has been rude and obnoxious. When you arrive and sign in they won't even look up at you. When they call you to the window for your co-payment or to ask why you are there they act as if you are intruding on their time but this is their job. To be quite frank they have an old, back-in-the day racist mentality of why are you here because we don't serve your kind. I know probably shouldn't go back but the Dr. is so thorough, caring, kind and considerate. He takes his time with you. He answers all of my questions and willing to listen to whatever i have to say about my eyes, glasses, or health. If i could just get rid of the old people and his optometrist in his office it would be the perfect ideal vision care facility
