Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Ephraim is an old school optometrist who still uses the "Which feels better - 1 or 2" method which I personally prefer to machines that takes automatic readings. The Doc is also very pleasant and makes you feel welcome, almost like your favorite uncle. Schedule wise, he's on time and I've never had to wait for my appt. One thing to note - the receptionist can be bit abrupt/rude at times, but thankfully, he isn't the doctor.
